In Search of the Food Less Traveled (II)
Since early June last year, residents of Paoli have added a grocery store to their list of local businesses.
Ken and Sherrie Ruegsegger, owners of Ruegsegger Farms Natural Meats in Blanchardville, opened Paoli Local Foods in the same location where Sam and Florence Storm used to run the Paoli Grocery Store.

Sustainability 101: What is sustainability and why should we care?
According to a recent article in The New York Times, the Rochester Institute of Technology in September established the Golisano Institute for Sustainability in order to promote collaboration across scientific and other academic disciplines in studying the impact on the environment of production and consumption.
