Explore Pakistani Cuisine with Huma Siddiqui, local author of White Jasmine Cuisine. The evening will begin with Zucchini Pakoras, a comforting appetizer of fresh sliced zucchini dipped in gram flour batter and deep fried. For the main course: Tandoori Shrimp, a succulent shrimp cooked with White Jasmine Tandoori Masala and fire roasted tomatoes; served with Raita and Pulao, basmati rice cooked with fragrant whole spices.
