Ellen Rulseh Announces the Opening of Earth StewardWorks, LLC

The new business will provide a variety of earth stewardship consulting and contracting services. Since 2003, Rulseh has initiated, secured funding for and over-seen the successful design, installation and maintenance of rain gardens, shoreline buffers, prairie/wetland restorations and green roofs for home owners, non-profits, schools, municipalities and businesses in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Jefferson, Dodge, Rock and Dane Counties.

Said Ellen Rulseh: “Fall is a great time for transitions. As one season ends, fall and winter present us with a great opportunity to take stock of our resources and to plan ahead for spring.”

Rulseh, formerly with Earth & Water Works, LLC. and Program Manager for the Rock River Coalition’s Rain Garden in Every Community Program, said her new firm will focus on building relationships, developing new markets and continuously promoting Earth StewardWorks services, including planning and grant writing for new 2010 sustainable economic development projects.
