Heart Rhythm Meditation is a seated meditation that focuses on stillness with mindful attention to the breath and heartbeat. Tai Chi Wellness is a standing meditation that coordinates the breath with slow, flowing movements to promote strength, flexibility, and balance. Both practices help improve health, decrease stress, enhance mental focus and clarity, and expand the sense of well-being.
The instructors are Kevin Walsh, MM, RN, Certified Heart Rhythm Meditation Teacher (Institute for Applied Meditation, Tucson) and Jody Curley, MA, Certified Heart Rhythm Meditation Instructor and Certified Tai Chi Chuan Teacher (William C.
