L'Etoile cooking class: Summer fruits

Thursday, July 17th at 6:30pm Summer Fruits, Sweet & Savory Cooking Class
Fruit is so much fun to cook with. Naturally there are lots of great
sweet ways to enjoy it, but this class will also taste some lovely
savory preparations for summer fruits. This class will also discuss
ways to preserve fruit to enjoy after the summer sun goes down. Cost of
class is $85 and includes three course meal, wine & coffee service.
