Northside Farmers' Market: Cinco de Mayo

Madison’s Northside Farmers Market featuring over 25 local food vendors opens its 2008 season with a Cinco de Mayo celebration on May 4.

On May 4, the market will host live Latin American music from 10:00 am until noon. Local Mexican cooks will offer traditional dishes. There will be a salsa contest at 10:30 am and pinãta breaking for the kids at 11:00 a.m.

Located in the Northside TownCenter at Northport Drive and Sherman Avenue across from Warner Park, it runs from 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. every Sunday through October.
