Learn about organic vegetable opportunities with an overview of organic vegetable production and certification requirements. The workshop starts with a presentation in the morning, with an organic farmer panel in the afternoon. Presented by Harriet Behar, Outreach Coordinator for Midwest Organic & Sustainable Education Service (MOSES) in cooperation with the Emerging Ag Markets program of the UW Extension and Lisa Johnson, Dane County UW-Extension Horticulture Educator.
