at Olbrich Botanical Gardens

The 4th Annual The Gilded Gourd Wisconsin Gourd Festival is a dynamic event which shares an education of the humble gourd as well as an awareness of gourds as an art medium, as musical instruments, from cultural and horticultural perspectives and more. Vendors, artists, instructors and growers from around the United States will participate and attend. Classes and demonstrations, gourd-related products, supplies and tools, gourd art of all kinds, seeds and growing advice and literature will be available to the public. There will also be a gourd art competition, silent auction, raffle, kids’ activities and live music by The Nameless Ones (a subset of Moldy Jam), Djam Vivie/Tani Diakite, and The Grey Cats. The festival will run Saturday, April 10, from 9 am to 4 pm. at Olbrich Botanical Gardens. Admission to the Wisconsin Gourd Festival and parking is free. Learn more at our website:
