This evening Huma Siddiqui, local author and host of NBC’s White Jasmine Cuisine, will share with us how to transform ordinary chicken into something succulent and exotic. The menu will include: Exotic Chicken, tender chicken cooked with spinach, garlic and ginger; Matar Pulao, basmati rice with green peas and whole spices; Tomato Chutney, a wonderful spicy tomato sauce with cumin, cilantro and green onions; and Rasmalai, baked ricotta cheese with green cardamoms and soaked in creamy milk.
